Even though you were one of the providers recommended by my insurance company, I don't just choose anybody. Your team stood head and shoulders above the competition! Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence from the very beginning. In fact, before my windshield replacement was even finished, I had already started telling others about the outstanding service I was receiving! Thank you for the exceptional customer care you provided before, during, and after my appointment. I was going to cancel my appointment because I had a better price. The young lady I spoke with advised she would get with her manager to see if they could match the price. She called me back within 5 minutes with an even better price! I was so overjoyed and grateful because this was definitely an unexpected expense. My technician arrived within the time frame provided and communicated effectively. Service all the way around is 10/10. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to say I’m not the type to leave reviews but I have to in this case I called multiple companies with obscene prices all who couldn’t find the glass for my car THIS company went above and beyond with excellent communication some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and went above and beyond to not only find the glass but had it ordered shipped and installed from my first call Friday to my installment today I’m beyond impressed Jeff from the smyrna location deserves a raise!!!!! I will forever sing your praise!!!!! Amazing job yall ❤️❤️❤️

Worst experience ever called morning of and scheduled appointment for 1:00 I arrived at 12:45 and the sales person let me know that they were running a little bit behind and that it would be about two hours. At 3:00 my car was still not taken back yet when it was finally taken back I asked the technician how long it will be because I had already been here a while and he said “40” Overall, customer service is just bad when my car was done. The technician came in and yelled from the desk “Ciara were done with you” all the sales people thought it was funny and laughed and said yeah way to get straight to the point while the sales person was checking me out didn’t was very rude. Told me the price asked cash or card and continued to socialize with the others around him. Didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer or the inconvenience that they call me the entire day. definitely would not recommend this location to anyone that I know personally overall bad experience. Had to return the following day after I noticed the seal was completely crumpled on one side, something that was not like that when I brought my car in. I went inside, greeted them and let them know I was here yesterday and

This place was recommended to me, and their windshield-replacement estimate was competitive, so I gave them a shot. I made a weekday appointment and showed up on time, but they never even touched my car until an hour later. No apology, no discount offered -- just a waste of an hour of my time. The actual replacement seems to be OK, although there were smudges/streaks left on the windshield, which seems like a simple thing they should be able to handle. Next time, I'll go elsewhere.
